Vice President of Communications

I oversee all of HuskyTHON branding, messaging, social media, and public relations. I create and lead effective campaigns and advertise events year-round. I interact with media contacts and news organizations to spread awareness of HuskyTHON throughout the state. Additionally, I support the Directors of Marketing, Media, Creative, and Merchandise and Apparel.

Director of Marketing

I work with everyone on the Management Team to advertise events, fundraisers, and news. I also oversee and post on the Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to get word out about all things HuskyTHON related. As Director of Marketing, I create and implement campaigns and social media initiatives to engage participants throughout the year.

Creative Director

I work with all directors on the Management Team for their graphic design needs. I create all graphics posted on HuskyTHON social media platforms as well as design HuskyTHON materials including fundraising toolkits, informational packets, donation cans, and more!

Director of Merchandise

I create designs for all HuskyTHON merchandise and apparel, including shirts for Night-Of, and collaborate with vendors. I plan pop-up shops and merch malls in addition to determining units and pricing for all merchandise.

Director of Media

I capture photos and videos of HuskyTHON events and participants along with managing and updating the HuskyTHON website. I edit and produce videos and media content, including TikTok, the campaign video, and other content.

Vice President of External Relations

I conduct outreach to organizations and people outside of HuskyTHON. I communicate with UConn Faculty and Administrations as well as lead the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce. Additionally, I support the Directors of JonaTHONs, Hospital Relations, and Alumni Relations.

Director of Alumni Relations

I work with all UConn Alumni and send monthly newsletters to keep the Alumni informed on all things HuskyTHON. I plan events for Alumni to help keep the HuskyTHON spirit alive past their years at UConn. I am also one of the Directors working on the Second HuskyTHON Silent Auction.

Co-Directors of Hospital Relations

We maintain all contact between HuskyTHON and Connecticut Children’s as well as help the HuskyTHON community develop their ‘Why’ through workshops and campus events! We also hold events for Miracle Children such as Game nights and Kids Korner at Night-Of. Additionally, we promote Cause Connection throughout the year to inspire others and promote a community of unity.

Vice President of Finance

I help facilitate all donations both physical and online and anything money related. I work closely with our Corporate Partners and utilize tracking documents to accurately reflect our total fundraising efforts throughout the year. I also support the Finance Team Directors!

Director of Corporate Partnerships

I create strong connections with local companies to develop longstanding partnerships. I research possible new companies to partner with and conduct outreach to connect with them. Additionally, I communicate professionally with companies in order for both parties to get the most out of our partnership.

Director of Canning

I coordinate and lead the Canning Program by creating general and incentive-based canning documents. I also create relationships with local and chain businesses across Connecticut to obtain canning dates. Similarly, I develop the Canning Program to expand state-wide reach and avenues of fundraising.

Vice President of Internal Relations

I plan and oversee the execution of all of our fundraisers, fundraising initiatives, entertainment (activities, performers, etc.), special events, food, and fundraisers/donations. I plan and run 18 hours of magical fun for our Night-Of celebration. I also support the Directors of Strategic Fundraising, Entertainment, Special Events and Volunteers, and Hospitality!

Director of Entertainment

I provide entertainment for all 18 hours of our dance marathon. I work with vendors, DJs, musicians, and other entertainers. Additionally, I collaborate with the Management Team to secure entertainment that is needed throughout the year.

Director of Strategic Fundraising

I brainstorm and organize fundraising initiatives that the entire HuskyTHON community is able to utilize in order to reach their personal fundraising goals. I also act as a resource for all individuals in addition to teams in finding fundraising strategies that work best for them.

Director of Hospitality

I coordinate food donations and incentives for Night-Of and various fundraisers throughout the school year. I assist other members of the Management Team in ensuring that meals are provided at all necessary events.
